"People should believe that their children can do anything. My mum wasn’t sure if I would walk, but she believed in me, and so did my dad and now I can ski!! When I am alone and all by myself sometimes I think I am unlucky, but then I think that at least I can ski so maybe I am lucky. I think Ski 2 Freedom is a good idea to show other people like me how to ski."

Three years later March 2009 and Hugo’s triumph showing that nothing is impossible...

" I really wanted to do the Wall. My brothers have done it but I was always told It was too dangerous for me. Carole took me down. She is my ski instructor and she knows me better than anyone. She is the best Ski instructor anyone could wish for. It was quite hard and I fell over a bit, but at the bottom i felt really really good. No one knew if I would be able to walk and now I have done the Wall!" (The Wall is a piste from the ski resort of Avoriaz, Portes du Soleil).

"I think your website is a good idea to show other people like me how to ski.”
