Ski Deaf Hard of Hearing

Ski 2 Freedom welcomes the opportunity of sharing information about the mountains and skiing for children and adults who are deaf or hard of hearing.

We understand how important it is to have a ski instructor who can communicate with an individual who is deaf or hard of hearing so that they can enjoy skiing or snowboarding.  Ski 2 Freedom would like to encourage anyone who has any information on ski schools or resorts that offer instruction in sign language or other recognised ways of communication.  Please do get in touch with us so that we can share this information.

Nous savons tous qu'il est important d'avoir un moniteur de ski capable de communiquer avec une personne sourde ou mal entendante afin que cette dernière puisse profiter pleinement de la pratique du ski ou du snowboard. Ski 2 Freedom voudrait mettre en avant les stations qui proposent un enseignement dans la langue des signes ou tout autre moyen de communication.
